Our shaved ice is a delightful treat you can enjoy outdoors from our retro trailer or indoors with our mobile cart. Artificial coloring is unnecessary and unhealthy. You’ll notice that our shaved ice colors don’t shine quite as bright, and that’s what we love about it. Our coloring comes from natural sources like vegetables, algae, and roots. The taste? Even better.

We add just enough sugar to make our shaved ice a delicious dessert—never more. We want you to taste the flavor you picked out, not just sugar. This flavor comes from pure cane sugar from Michigan and all natural ingredients.

The fluffiest ice with gourmet toppings

Armed with an ice shaver we imported from Japan, we make light, fluffy, snow-like shaved ice in its authentic form. We make toppings in house like cream, mango, and guava. We offer delicious, chewy mochi ice cream balls for a finishing touch.
